As a lifetime Democrat, I am very concerned about this year's election. Donald Trump is, in my opinion, the most dishonest, most mentally debilitated, and the least effective president this nation has ever had. To have him for 4 more years is a dreadful thought, and he will cause this country to go into a deep depression. Our democracy is failing, and Donald Trump is a significant reason for that--but the root cause is our demented Republican party, which is filled with corrupt politicians who care nothing for the well-being of our peoples, nor our threatened ecosystem. Their interests are solely in feathering the nests of the Elite and the corporations. We (who are not billionaires and Elites) need a miracle at the poles.
