Our president is, justifiably, afraid that his re-election prospects are becoming thin and frayed. He's not good at pretending to be humble, because he doesn't truly care about what other people think about him. He thinks most people are stupid and annoying, I suspect.

Personally, I'm fearful that he WILL be re-elected, because there are quite a number of us who don't like a lot more of us--you know--all of Trump's fan club. (I'm retired now, so the fact I'm poor is irrelevant, but I don't like Trump for what I think are very good reasons.) I'm one of the non-partisans who won't be voting for him in November, so I am fearful that he'll get re-elected.

If Donald Trump is re-elected, I believe he will feel unfettered and free to do exactly as he likes, regardless of public opinion. And because he does not think clearly, nor is he well-informed--in great part because he simply does not READ anything that doesn't grab his attention. His daily Briefings surely do not grab his attention! Nor does he understand the dire issues that confront this nation right now. Therefore, he is likely to make dreadful choices and decisions, if he has the opportunity to perform very stupidly, and possibly immorally, in a Second Term.
