Unfortunately, the medical profession - specifically the Mental Health practitioners - have a binding law prohibiting mental health pros from diagnosing anyone without first meeting the person in an interview (or more) whereby they can form an "informed" diagnostic opinion regarding his mental health, and any pre-existing conditions. For someone as prominent and "out there" as our president is--who puts himself on public display daily, one would think that's enough to make an informed opinion. Heaven knows there are lots of us who have one of Trump anyway--but they get skittish where he's concerned. Trump is capable of launching a lawsuit against someone who accuses him in the public opinion forums or the news.
