Well said, David Lurie! Potentially a workable solution to the gridlock we are facing as a nation. It’s rather clear, I think that we cannot succeed in pressing an impeachment when our political machinery is frozen in a perpetual bipartisan confrontation. I am certain the Democratic National Committee is well aware that the party must press for renewal in the ranks of voting Democrats first, and then we must storm the voting machines and remove the Republican Trump troglodytes by denying them the votes they need to be re-elected in 2020. And while we are sweeping out the Senate and the House of recalcitrant, disrespectful Trump supporters, we should take the final step — and vote Donald Trump out of office, before he has an opportunity to ensconce himself on what I am sure he thinks is “his throne”…where he can complete the destruction of our nation’s democracy and the ruin of our world’s environment. If we do not succeed in removing them all in 2020, we are facing grave peril for our democracy, and our environment.
