What you are suggesting, in an obtuse way, is that America needs a Constitutional Convention to reformulate the rules of Democratic Representation.... And the thing we need most ardently is to RID OURSELVES OF THE TWO PARTY SYSTEM - and adopt a Single Party where we can control the formation of our laws at the National Level in such a way that all of us are represented equitably, and none of us can hold a hammer over any of us based upon economic triggers that benefit the Elite and the Wealthy Corporations--at the expense of us all.

And YES we need to rid ourselves of the ignorant and deplorable president who now holds the High Seat in the Court of the Crimson King that we have as our excuse for a constitutional democracy.
